Took a while before we found a plumeria that fit a name as splashy as this, but it was worth it. One of our best candy-striped 4" rainbows that puts out a brilliant show in well-defined fuchsia and gold. White feathered petal backs match the white speckles decorating the front. Nice floral scent and semi-compact growth habit.  It may not make noise but you’ll feel the beat in your heart.
