Took a while before we found a plumeria that fit a name as splashy as this, but it was worth it. One of our best candy-stripe type rainbows that puts out a brilliant show of well-defined fuchsia and gold. White feathered back matches the white speckles decorating the petal front. Nice floral scent and semi-compact growth habit, with flowers to 4”.  It may not make noise but you’ll feel the beat in your heart.
