If I had to make a bet on the subject of our best-blooming white plumeria, Heaven would be my pick. Heavy blooming, thick petaled white flowers with a really beautiful, strong perfume scent.  Semi-compact growth habit and pretty much every tip blooms. Huge, ball-shaped inflos. You'll feel like you're in, well, heaven....
