Nice clusters of cherry red 2"+ blooms that turn nearly black in high heat and strong sunlight. Robust tree and a good bloomer  Very dark green leaves. Lots of reds have the color, but not the vigor and semi-compact growth habit of this one. Plus a nice floral scent on top of it...definitely the whole package.
